As part of the plans of having a successful and productive year at ROTDOW. We organized a two-day capacity building training for both staffs and volunteers that were present on-ground and online. We were able to analyse our lapses at the previous year and this further led us to better equip ourselves with much knowledge and strategies to be deployed in 2023. We also awarded the best staff of the year in respect of Mrs. Adedoyin Patrick.
This training could not have been this effective without our resource personnels and we appreciate them: Alfred Akerele, Mrs. Olaronke Olajide and Bukola Omolona for their insightful lectures. We duly appreciates our funders and also looking for a better working relationship this year. ROTDOW is ready to continue making great impact 2023!
