Every hands are on deck to eliminate Gender Based Violence in Ondo with Her Excellency Arabirin Betty Anyanwu Akeredolu being the frontliner in the fight against Gender Based Violence in the state who gave her total support.. The Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development orgarnised a Stakeholders forum with the lecture titled Understanding Gender Based Violence and their forms. ROTDOW CEO at Flag off Ceremony of Ondo 2021 Insecticide Treated Nets (ITNs) Campaign. We appreciate His Excellency Governor of Ondo State Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu for creating a good atmosphere for the 2021 Net Campaign in Ondo State. The strategy is door to door distribution because of COVID 19 pandemic. The distribution starts tomorrow 9th of December – 22nd December 2021. All the nets have been deposited in thier Hubs in all the eighteen local government of the state.

Use of ITNs is considered one of the most cost-effective strategies for the control of Malaria if used consistently and correctly. The children under under 5 and pregnant women are most vulnerable to malaria.

The net is safe, air it under shade for 24 hours before use, hang it properly, wash with mild soap if dirty, sew it if torn and sleep inside it everyday.
